Our 7-day training period is accomplished on-site at start-up, unlike other franchises who train at a nonfunctioning off-site location. Our trainers have years of hands-on experience with Fox's and are well-equipped to answer any questions or address any problems you may encounter. 2004 saw the implementation of a state of the art online communication system with their franchisees. An E-newsletter is distributed semi-monthly to keep franchisees abreast of developments in the pizza industry & the corporation, also a secure franchisee forum has been constructed so that franchisees can share their questions or success stories with others. These comments are fielded within 24 hours by corporate store trainers.

One vital resource our franchises have come to rely on is the Fox's Pizza Distribution Center founded in 1986. The Distribution Center enables our franchisees to purchase quality food products on a consistent basis in order to maintain the highest standards. A franchise without its own commissary puts its franchisees at the mercy of whatever wholesale vendor is available and makes maintaining consistency virtually impossible. The Commissary is open six days a week and pickup is available almost anytime in the event of an emergency, outside of our normal deliveries.

In addition to food supplies, our Commissary also stocks a wide variety of advertising and promotional materials from pencils and sweatshirts to clocks and delivery merchandise. Because we buy these products in bulk, we are able to extend this discount to our franchisees.
